"I have recently moved houses and did some research to find a closer GP practice. I read all the reviews and they have never been more true. This practice is an incredible family practice. From reception that are funny, accommodating and kind. To each doctor that I have met so far Dr Shelley and Dr Fiona. They are very approachable and easy to understand how they want to proceed with treatment. We even met the nurse today who did my son's immunisations.
Everyone has been so thorough with their consultation and writing everything down. I haven't been needing to repeat myself from doctor to doctor for my children's care.
The nurse today filled out my sons blue book who is now 18 months old, other clinics have never filled anything out or taken the time to care to ask vital questions.
I was even 10 minutes late and they were so understanding especially with 2 kids under 3!
I have finally found a place where I am confident to know that my family will be well taken care of. Thank you and if I can give a 10 I would! "
