Practice Fees

We are a private billing practice. This applies to Face-to-Face and Telephone consultations.  

Fees are set by the consulting doctor. 

Please refer to our FEE STRUCTURE below for the updated fee schedule from 1st July 2025. 

Our Doctors try to stick to the appointed time, however Telehealth appointment times are an approximation.

A. Standard consultation (6 - 19 min ) - $95 

> Medicare rebate = $ 45.05

B. Long consultation - (20 - 39 min) $150 

> Medicare rebate = $ 87.10

C. Prolonged consultation (>40 min) - $195

> Medicare rebate = $ 128.35

Exclusions are as follows :

• Only DVA Cardholders and children under 6 years will be bulk-billed.
• Aged pensioner cardholders will receive a discount fee
• Other variations apply depending on the service being provided.

• Missed appointments incur a $60 fee.
