If you have received a recall reminder notice via text or post, you may follow the link below to book your follow up RECALL Appointment . Alternatively, you may phone our practice to book in.

Please select a long appointment if you have more than one issue to discuss. This may also be appropriate for pap smears or multiple complex problems. This helps our doctors run on time. 

Urgent problems will be given priority, e.g. sick children, shortness of breath, severe pain especially chest pain. 

We make every effort to give you an appointment with the doctor of your choice. If this is not possible, the receptionists will try to fit you in with one of the other doctors.
